The R&A and the USGA, in collaboration with the EGA and the five other regional handicapping authorities, have announced key features of the proposed new  World Handicap System (WHS).

The host country for the 2018 European Mid-Amateur Championship has been confirmed as Bulgaria. The Bulgarian Golf Associaiton will host the championship at BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas Resort.
